1. 1. Sign up with Trainer Central

  1. Access to the homepage of 'Katharina Kaesbach - Heart Life Empowered' via the URLhttps://heart-life-empowered.com/. .
  2. ThenPlease click on 'Register now' Option in the menu
  1. Next you will get to the login page. (If you don't have an account yet, you can select "Don't have an account yet? Register now!").
  2. Or you can access the login page directly with the URLhttps://courses.anastasia-heartflame.org/#/login

  1. After logging in, you will be redirected to a new page.On this new page you can browse all available courses and power-ups.
  2. To access the courses you have purchased, you can click on "My courses" in the menu at the top
